Mat Pilates - 4 Week Course
Alpine Natural Health
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Alpine Multi Skill Group in conjunction with Mountain Pilates invites you to a 4-week Mat Pilates series.
Move better, feel stronger and create space for both body and mind. Each class blends strength, mobility, posture, flexibility, breathwork and mindfulness to improve the way you move while helping ease tension and build resilience.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or have experience, every exercise includes options so you can work at a level that suits you. We often use small equipment such as bands, balls and foam rollers to keep classes engaging and effective.
Participants should be comfortable getting to and from the floor.
Classes are recommended for those who are injury-free and are not suitable during pregnancy.
Each session builds on the skills and practices explored the week before, so participants are asked to commit to attending the full four-week course.
Date: 14 October - 4 November (Wednesdays)
Time: 6pm - 7pm
Venue: Alpine Natural Health, 104C Gavan Street, Bright
Places are limited to 8 participants for the four-week course.

PLEASE NOTE
All participants must complete the Mountain Pilates Registration Form via: https://momence.com/l/wyhwmjnB
This allows you to sign your participant waiver and provides Mountain Pilates with the details they need to facilitate the class.
You will be required to confirm that you have completed this form before booking your place with AMSG.
